Fried Rice

A quick and simple use of low protein rice. Our fried rice recipe will get you started with a dash of your own creativity this will be your new favorite low protein dish. Start by adding your favorite diced and saute´ed vegetables to add flavor and a pop of color.

Ingredients (for 2 servings)

  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 150 g (5 oz) Loprofin Rice (about 2/3 cup when measured dry), cooked according to package directions


  1. Heat a wok or non-stick pan. Add 2 tbsp olive oil.
  2. Add in the cooked Loprofin Rice and keep stirring for 2 minutes until rice starts to turn golden brown.
  3. Serve immediately.
