Loprofin Pasta Primavera

Two receips in one. This recipe shares how to make a low protein cream sauce and how to include more fresh vegetables in your diet. Combine them together and you get a classic low protein pasta primavera.

Cream Sauce:

  • 2 Tbsp lightly salted butter
  • 2 Tbsp Loprofin Baking Mix
  • 1/2 cup Richs coffee Rich Light Non-dairy Creamer
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/8 tsp table salt
  • 2 tsp minced garlic


  • 1/4 cup zucchini
  • 1/4 cup carrots
  • 1/4 cup broccoli
  • 1/4 pack (125 g dry) Loprofin Spaghetti


  1. Chop the tomatoes, olives, chives, basil, garlic and cucumber into pieces about half the size of the pasta and add to a large bowl.
  2. Add the cooked pasta and salad cream to the bowl and mix together.
  3. Season to taste.
  4. Can be chilled before serving.

*Salad cream is similar to mayonnaise but with no egg. You can find it at Whole Foods or your local grocer in the "international aisle"
